Shipping and Delivery
A: We will package your item securely within estimated 1-3 working days and ship it to you with our trusted courier delivery partner(s).Q: How long will delivery take?
A: If you are based in Singapore, the item should reach you within estimated 3-7 working days via normal shipping and 3-4 working days via express shipping once we’ve received your order. You can check here anytime to see if there are any additional delays. If you require your order urgently please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you if its possible to expedite your order.
(NOTE: Due to big sale events or other unforeseen circumstances, there are sometimes additional delays with our courier partner.)
If you are based overseas, we will ship through DHL or FedEx as they are the fastest overseas shippers. Shipping costs will depend on your location.
(NOTE: We will be unable to ship large boxes overseas.)Q: How much is shipping?
A: For delivery within Singapore, free shipping is available for orders $15 and above otherwise shipping is $1.50. Express shipping would cost $6 for all order amounts. For delivery overseas, shipping would be a flat rate charge depending on your location (calculated at checkout).
Q: What if I put the wrong address when placing my order?
Unfortunately due to the high volume of packages we process it is not possible for us to detect if addresses are correct and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they put the correct address. We are not liable if the package gets sent to someone else if you put the wrong address. If the parcel is returned to sender (returned to us by courier), we will resend the parcel to you but you will be liable to an additional shipping and handling fee.
Q: What if the courier damages my parcel?
In the event your parcel is damaged, our courier partner will inform us and return the damaged item to us. In such a situation, we will choose to either send a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit.

In the event your parcel is lost, our courier partner will inform us. In such a situation, we will choose to either send a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit.
All shipping times given are estimates. If you require your item to be shipped within a certain time as a condition of you making a purchase from us, we can only expedite your offer on a best effort basis. For an item to be expedited, you must state so within your order notes. If you have communicated with a member of our team to ask if expedited shipping is possible, you must follow up with your order number via email immediately after making your purchase. We are not responsible for any delays.
